Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) is an institution of higher education that produces human resources, experts and professionals in a variety of fields with the focus on the quality of graduates, quality of institutions, and quality of the overall system. Persatuan Genetik Malaysia
Persatuan Genetik Malaysia (Genetics Society of Malaysia) was officially registered on 29th January 1994. The primary objectives of the Society are to develop and promote scientific knowledge on genetics, to create public awareness on its importance and advancement, and to foster a strong relationship and understanding between scientists in genetics and allied disciplines.
Since its founding, the Society has grown significantly in terms of membership.
Today, the Society has more than 500 members, comprising 91 life members, 267 ordinary members, 182 student members and 7 associate members. The Society is now affiliated with the International Genetics Federation (IGF) and Confederation of Scientific and Technological Associations in Malaysia (COSTAM).

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB)
Now at the age of 53 years, IPB has nine faculties: the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Faculty of Animal Science, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of Human Ecology, Business School, Graduate School and Vocational School.
IPB currently has 36 departments, 21 Study Centers, 159 undergraduate and graduate programs and 18 diploma (vocational) educational programs. And until January 2016, IPB has graduated 133,778 students.

Tokushima University, Japan
Tokushima University provides newly-arrived international students with various types of educational support including orientations and Japanese language courses. Furthermore, Tokushima University organizes many events in which Japanese and international students can participate together to get to know each other better such as
(1) Summer School in which students of Tokushima University and our partner universities jointly participate,
(2) International Coordination Symposium that invites former international students to talk about their contributions back in their home countries after graduation,
(3) multi-cultural exchange party for international students to have interactions among themselves,
(4) study tour to experience Japanese culture and
(5) ski trip for Japanese and international students, and also events for international students to interact with local people such as
(1) Summer School in which students of Tokushima University and our partner universities jointly participate,
(2) International Coordination Symposium that invites former international students to talk about their contributions back in their home countries after graduation,
(3) multi-cultural exchange party for international students to have interactions among themselves,
(4) study tour to experience Japanese culture and
(5) ski trip for Japanese and international students, and also events for international students to interact with local people such as
- welcome party by local residents for international students newly arrived at the International House and
- international students’ visits to local primary schools, etc.
Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU)
The campus, with an area of about 1200 acres is located in scenic rural surroundings on the western bank of the old Brahmaputra River, 5 km south from Mymensingh Railway Station and 120 km north from Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. It also houses two national research institutes, namely, Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA) and Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI).
